Winter evenings are made for some hot Winter special snacks with a cup of hot tea/coffee. Isn't it? 😉 So, why not use the king of Winter vegetables "Cauliflower/Gobi"
Cauliflower is one of the king veggie, which can be used to make varieties of dishes. It has anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties too.
Apart from the health benefits, being a non-vegetarian, if that one Vegan dish in a restaurant appetizer menu makes you drool and it's simple enough to prepare at home as a party appetizer or snacks, how about giving it a try.
Crispy, Mouthwatering "Gobi 65" from Panda's Kitchen in today's recipe. Winter is all about Cauliflower and every cauliflower I buy, no matter what dish I prepare, using few florets, I always make this one recipe without fail.

- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- 3-4 tbsp water (as needed to make the batter)

Recipe Details :
✓ Cut Cauliflower florets into medium size and keep them dipped in Turmeric water for around 5 mins so that they get clean.
✓ Now take the florets from water and add into boiled water with a tsp of salt. Keep in hot water for around 2-3 mins. Make sure not to over boil to get the cauliflower taste intact.
✓ Strain water and allow to cool down.
✓ Add all the above ingredients (except oil) to a plate and mix well to make a semi-thick batter. If needed, add a little water.
✓ Add the Cauliflower florets to this batter and coat nicely.
✓ Meanwhile heat oil in a kadai. Once the oil is hot, fry the cauliflower florets for around 3-4 mins until they turn nice golden brown in color.
✓ Take them out in a kitchen tissue to get the oil absorbed.
✓ Sprinkle a little black salt all over. Serve hot along with ketchup and a cup of hot tea.
