Schezwan Chicken Lollipop

Today's recipe is an indo-chinese one, which I guess is the favorite of all of us...!!!
Yes , as the title says, it's Schezwan Chicken Lollipop. It is my most favorite dish among all Chinese dishes.

Me, being a Lollipop Lover, used to order it almost every week. Now because of Corona Lockdown, I feel it a bit risky to order any outside food. The crazy Lolipop lover in me then lost patience and started thinking why not prepare it at home on my own!! To the surprise, it came out super yummy, super tasty, no less than the restaurant made ones and the best part is it's very easy to prepare.

Crunchier outer covering and tender inside, this recipe is really very addictive and when it's homemade, the advantage for me is, I don't have to control at a point where it gets finished. 😋😋

So, today's recipe is Schezwan Chicken Lollipop. This recipe comes in 2-in-1 advantage, either you can have the fried lollipop or Schezwan sauce coated lollipop 😉 hai naaa double Bonanza 😜😜 Let's get started!!!

Please note that, if you don't have the lollipops at home, the same recipe can be tried using some boneless chicken pieces, cut lengthwise and the recipe would be names as "Schezwan Honey Chicken".
