Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, popularly knows as "Green Chutney" is one of the favorite condiments in every house. Using it inside Sandwich, or using as a dip for grilled and steak dishes, or as a side with Kachori, Samosa, Dhokla, Chats, Panipuri and Dahivada, this has been one of the most versatile Chutney.
Along with added flavor and aroma, Green Chutney has many health benefits.. It helps in digestion, provides Vitamin A and Vitamin C to body, also both Coriander and mint acts as detoxifying agent.
This Chutney can be stored in refrigerator for almost 2 weeks and use when needed on a busy weekday. But nothing can beat the taste and smell of freshly made "Hara Chutney".
Ingredients :
✓ Add all the ingredients in a blender jar. Add some water as needed.
✓ Blend it to a smooth paste and the Chutney is ready.

- 150gm Coriander Leaves
- 50gm Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanut
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2-3 Green Chilly
- 1 inch Ginger
- Juice of half Lemon
