A Birthday is incomplete without a Cake.
Even Though it's a working hectic day, but our dear one's Birthday has to be a special one.
Leave the traditional cake recipes aside, Let's Bake this easy, delightful and super delicious one, I bet it would lead the way!!!
Ingredients :- 2 Bourbon Biscuits Packets (120gm each)
- 200 ml milk
- 1/2 packet Eno Powder
- Dry fruits, Choco chips (Toppings of your choice)
Recipe Details :
✓ Grind the Biscuits all along with cream to make a fine powder.
✓ Transfer the mix to a bowl. Keep adding milk and stirring slowly to make a semi-liquid paste, same as cake batter.
✓ Add 1/2 packet Eno Powder to it (you can add 1 full tbsp baking powder). Mix well and keep it covered for 10-15 mins.
✓ Meanwhile pre-heat the oven at 170° C. Grease the cake tin with oil, transfer the mixture to tin and top it with dry fruits, nuts, choco chips as per your choice.
✓ Now bake the cake at 170° for 20-25 mins.✓ Insert a tooth-pick to check if the cake is well baked. Cake is Ready.
✓ Take out, let it be cool and ready to dig in.
✓ Egg also can be added as per choice, But my choice was a Veggie Cake.
