Chatpata Tangy Flavored Boiled Sweetcorn Cobs

When it's raining outside, you want something hot... But it has to be healthy and Veg!!!
What else could be more apt than Corn/Butta...!!!!!😉
 
Let's try something New with Corn leaving the same traditional way!!
It's hot, healthy, spicy, juicy,  Chatpata, Tempting and super-yumm...😋


Ingredients :
  • 2 Sweetcorn Cobs 
  • 1 Full tbsp Butter 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala 
  • Finely chopped Coriander Leaves 
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt
Recipe Details : 

✓ Boil the Sweetcorn cobs in Cooker along with salt and Water till 2 whistles in high flame. or Alternatively, microwave them for around 3 mins 30 seconds in Micro mode.


✓ Take them out and break into two halves. Proceed with the next steps when the corn cobs are hot.

✓ Take a Kadai on gas, Take 1 full tbsp Butter and let the Butter melt. Add all of the other ingredients one by one and in the end, add the lemon juice.


✓ Roll the Corn Cobs nicely on the mixture made above and saute for 15-20 secs. Don't fry for long else it might get hard.



✓ Sprinkle some Black salt on the top and serve hot.
