Chicken Keema MeatBalls

Holiday Season has arrived.. While the regular festivities of Outing, roaming and partying outside is off the menu this year, but nothing can stop to plan for a good meal at home with friends and family. Now that you have the grand main course menu ready, What's everyone going to eat while they're chatting in the living room, opening presents or waiting for a dinner to be served??? Well I heard you!!! 😉

Whether on a holiday or a Winter evening with a cup of hot tea, even as a quick starter, arrange some boneless chicken Pieces/Keema Chicken and this super tempting snackie is ready in a jiffy...

"Chicken Keema Meatballs" from Panda's Kitchen.


  Ingredients :

  • 300gms Minced Chicken (makes around 10-12 pieces) 
  • Salt 
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder 
  • 1 tsp Meat Masala 
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder 
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder 
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 
  • 2 onion - finely chopped 
  • 2 Green Chilly - finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 
  • 1 tbsp Chilly Sauce (red/green) 
  • Some chopped Coriander Leaves 
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • 1 tbsp Maida 
  • 1 tbsp Oil for mixing  
  • Oil for frying


Recipe Details :

✓ Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix well to form a smooth dough. Don't add any water.


✓ Make small balls out of it.

✓ Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls for around 5 mins in /low medium flame until they turn golden brown in color.


✓ Take out in a kitchen towel to get the extra oil soaked and server hot with mayonnaise. 

✓ Tips: You can also use grated Cheese to the mixture.
If you don't have minced chicken available, take boneless breast chicken pieces and grind them to minces.
