It was a rainy evening. I wanted to have something hot and munchy.
Why not try something new in the snacks along with a cup of hot Ginger Tea.
This is a must try snacks for Non-Vegeterians!!!
Ingredients :
- 4 Boiled Eggs
- 2 full tbsp Cornflour Powder
- Oil for frying
Masala for Wrapping : - 300gm Minced Chicken
- 1 Big Onion - Chopped
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1 Small Capsicum - Chopped
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chicken Masala
- Oregano, Chilly Flakes
Recipe Details :
✓ Remove Shell of egg and keep aside.
✓ In a bowl, Add all the ingredients under "Masala for Wrapping" and mix them really well. Don't add any water to it.
✓ Wrap
the hard-boiled eggs with the above mixture and then roll the wrapped
eggs in corn flour powder (you can take breadcrumb for an extra
covering)
✓ Deep fry the eggs in hot oil and and we are done.
✓ Cut it into half and serve with your favorite Ketchup/mayonnaise 😋😋. Trust me, it won't disappoint you.
