Bread Vegetable Fritters | Bread Vegetable Pakoda

After work, all of us must be hungry and craving for something really easy to prepare with less ingredients. I had a similar situation one fine Thursday Evening and I rushed to kitchen to find out some breads lying. Since it's a winter day, obviously all of our fridges would be filled with colorful Vegetables too. 

Why not mix both and prepare this hot, crispy, crunchy snacks to satiate the winter evening hunger!!!


These pakodas are prepared in a different way with a chinese twisted taste..
 

Ingredients :

  • 4-5 pieces of Bread 
  • 1 Capsicum - finely chopped 
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped 
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped 
  • 1 Carrot - finely chopped 
  • 2 Green Chilly - finely chopped 
  • Salt 
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce 
  • 5 tbsp Maida 
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour 
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce 
  • Grated Cheese 
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano 
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly Flakes 
  • A pinch of pepper powder 
  • Oil for frying

Recipe Details :

✓ Soak the Bread pieces in water. Now squeeze the bread pieces one by one and transfer them to a big bowl.

✓ To the bowl, Add all of the ingredients mentioned above.

✓ Mix everything well nicely using hand and prepare a thick mixture out of it. Please don't add water.


✓ Heat oil in a Kadai.

✓ Once the oil is hot, Grease your hand with oil. Take a small portion of this mixture and add to the kadai one by one.

✓ Fry the pieces in medium flame until they turn golden brown.

✓ Once the pieces turn golden brown, take out on a kitchen paper and serve hot along with ketchup and Mayonnaise of your choice.
