Strawberry Lassi

Strawberry-the most beautiful and gorgeous among berries. Starting from a simple smoothie to many exotic recipes - these heart shaped beauties shine out and blend well with other ingredients no matter where you use them.

Strawberry is like beauty with brain 😉 they have numerous health benefits and are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. They come with Spring season and my most favorite in fruits.

Though I love them straight, but this time, I thought to spare extra 10 mins and take  advantage of this fleeting strawberry season. 😍

"Strawberry Lassi" from Panda's Kitchen in today's recipe. 


Ingredients :

  • 200gm Yogurt 
  • 100gm Strawberry 
  • 2-3 Drops of Vanilla Essence 
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (as per taste) 
  • 2 tbsp Basil Seeds 
  • Some chopped dry fruits to Garnish

Recipe Details : 

✓ Chop the strawberry into small pieces.

✓ In a blender jar, add yogurt, sugar and strawberry. Blend it well. 


✓ To this, add Vanilla Essence and basil seeds. Give everything a good mix.


✓ Pour to a glass and garnish with some dry fruits. 


✓ Serve Chilled. It gives a heavenly feel.
