Well, I have the solution.. How about preparing the lip-smacking Cajun Potatoes in your own kitchen following my recipe.. This sinful delight is very easy to prepare and the taste comes out superyumm!!
Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg Baby Potatoes with skin
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1/2 tsp Chilly flakes
- 1/2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Milk
Recipe Details :
✓ Add the baby potatoes in pressure cooker along with a glass of water and salt. Cook them in high flame for 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and let all the gas come out.
✓ Take the potatoes out. Press and flatten them with hand.
✓ Mix Cornflour with water and make a very thin and flowy batter of cornflour.
✓ Heat tawa and grease it with oil. Take the potatoes one by one, dip them in batter and shallow fry them on tawa.
✓ Cook each side of the potatoes for 2-3 mins in Medium flame until each side turns golden brown in color. Take out in a plate.
✓ Now it's the Cajun sauce preparation time. In a bowl, take mayonnaise. Add all the powders and ketchup to it. Mix everything together nicely.
✓ Add milk a little by little and keep Mixing until you get the desired consistency on the sauce.
✓ Place all the potatoes on a plate.
✓ Pour the Cajun sauce all over it so that potatoes are well coated.
✓ Garnish it with some chopped onion, chopped Coriander and red chilly powder. Serve hot.
