  • Oil for Frying

Recipe Details :

✓ Take all the above ingredients (except oil and water) in a Bowl. Add 1 tbsp oil and mix everything together Nicely.

✓ Now keep adding water gradually and knead to form a soft and firm dough.

✓ Let it cover and rest for around 20-30 mins.

✓ Make small lemon size balls out of the dough (same how we do for regular puri)

✓ Applying a little oil on rolling pin, roll the balls one by one to make a 2-3 inch diameter Circle.

✓ Heat oil in a kadai. Once oil is hot, add the rolled Puri to it.

✓ Press gently in between using the back of spatula and let the Puri Puff up. Flip it and deep fry for few more secs.

✓ Take it out on a Kitchen towel to soak the extra oil. Repeat the same steps for all the Puris and it's ready to grab.
