Husband's Concern 1 : Weekend doesn't feel Special anymore, as every day it's Working from home, no special non-veg in weekend ☹️
Husband's Concern 2 : Why is that we use Paneer and Mushroom for a main dish always!!
Why can't we have it in an elitist way😉
My today's recipe is the solution to both these concerns. For the first time, I have used mushroom to prepare a delicious and perfect appetizer, which is "Stuffed Mushroom" or "Bharwa Mushroom". It can be a great tea time snacks also.

Ingredients :
✓ Take the cleaned Mushroom. separate the steam and caps of each of them carefully. Finely chop the mushroom stems and keep aside for future use.
✓ Now let's start with the stuffings preparation.
✓ In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add chopped green chilli, onion, capsicum to it. Saute for 1-2 mins in medium flame. (I have made a pure veggie stuffing, some minced chicken also can be added if you are a non-vegetarian)
✓ Now to it add the chopped mushroom stems and salt. Mix everything well one more time and cook them in medium heat for 2-3 mins more.
✓ Switch off the flame and let the stuffing mixture cool down.
