When we talk about fish, the first dish coming to my mind is "Fish Masala Fry", in fact the most loved recipe by almost everyone. It's an easy-to-make recipe and can be consumed either as a starter or side-dish.
It's a very good option for a sudden starter which doesn't take much time to cook and drooling in taste.
This dish is prepared in many ways by different people, but every version of it has it's own taste and never fails to impress...😉 Today, Let me share my version of hot and crispy"Fish Masala Fry"
Ingredients :
- 500gm Round-Cut Fish Pieces (I have taken Seer Fish)
- 2 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Fish Fry Masala (optional)
- 2 tsp Oil
- Juice of half lemon
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Recipe Details :
✓ Wash the fish pieces well and keep aside.
✓ In a Bowl, add all the above ingredients (except oil for frying) and mix well to make a smooth paste. 1-2 tsp water can be added if needed.
✓ Using Hand, apply this mixture to the fish pieces thoroughly and marinate them for minimum 1 hour. Please note, to get the best taste we can marinate it overnight.
✓ Wash the fish pieces well and keep aside.
✓ In a Bowl, add all the above ingredients (except oil for frying) and mix well to make a smooth paste. 1-2 tsp water can be added if needed.
✓ Using Hand, apply this mixture to the fish pieces thoroughly and marinate them for minimum 1 hour. Please note, to get the best taste we can marinate it overnight.
✓ Heat oil in a wide bottom pan. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish pieces. Fry them in Medium flame for 5-7 mins until each side turns light brown in color.
✓ If you want more crispy, you can fry each side again for 1-2 mins to get the best taste.
✓ Hot and Crispy Fish Masala Fry is ready to devour.
